          I hope that in one or two, maybe more, ways the experiences we have gathered and shared herein will, as you move forward in building your WebBusiness, prove to be helpful, informative, encouraging,  and maybe make you or save you a few dollars or more.       

          Now, if you do find our report helpful and informative, then there are four ways that we can continue to help each other build our Webbusinesses.


          We are building a research and development laboratory that continues to develop solutions for WebBusinesses.  This lab is built and managed by business people, (our programmers and designers work for us) and the solutions that the Lab develops will be test driven and proven in the real world on Main Street, not in the ivory towers of the Internet Giants.

In order to do this, we need your participation. 

First, visit this Page and click on the Facebook “Become a Fan” button.   This is a live client and is the current demonstration and test area for our laboratory.  This way you can watch for yourself the development of applications and the implementation of various solutions from the street perspective.  By becoming a Fan you will receive automatic notifications of additional updates and upgrades.

Second, share your problems and your solutions on Bill's blog.  Our guidelines are simple. 

1.     We are not so interested in web design ideas.  What we are interested in are tools, widgets, gadgets, applications and online resources that have proven to work for you in resolving difficult challenges you have faced in building your WebBusiness.

2.     Don’t waste your time telling us how wonderful we are.  Like everyone, we love to hear that music, but there is another time and place for that.  Your ongoing participation in the Lab will speak volumes.

3.     No rants or complaints about others, their products or their services. 

4.     No advertisements or unrelated topics.  We don’t want to know how great your local web designer is.  We have a staff of designers and programmers.

5.     Do not send links from the FB help center unless they are dated after February 15th, 2010.  We have already read most of those in the areas we are interested and will continue to stay up to date there.  If you use a FB application and it works for you, let us know.  We probably already have reviewed it, but there are thousands of FB apps and hundreds coming online weekly.  As a FB developer ourselves, we see a lot, but it’s impossible to keep up with everything, which is why we are building this Lab.

6.     Just share concisely what you specifically wanted to do in your WebBusiness and a link to the online resource or tool that provided your solution.  Your input will be reviewed and may be included in our next report, which you will automatically receive.
   
7.  You may post confidentially if you choose.  In any event, your privacy will be, at all times, respected.


Third, we, from time to time, conduct private market research surveys.  If you are invited to participate in one of our surveys, please complete and return the data input forms.  The results of these surveys, when useful, will be shared first with our Lab partners.  These surveys use random samples so you may not be invited to participate in every survey.  If you have a specific topic that you wish to research, please email us confidentially.

Finally, feel free to share the links to this report to your business friends.  We will understand if you do not send this report to your competitors.
